Following our successful opening last year, Cheal’s Restaurant Knowle is recruiting for  Waiters & Bartenders to join our passionate team.

Working for a highly trained and experienced management team you will be in charge of running your own dedicated section. Providing first class service and developing a rapport with all of your guests.

– 4 day working week, Wednesday to Saturday
– 3 days off including Sunday!
– Free staff meal every shift
– A share of Tronc & Cash Tips
– 22.5 Days Holiday per year

The Role
– Managing your section during lunch and dinner shifts
– Taking orders, explaining dishes to guests and maintaining your tables
– Train inexperienced team members to assist you
– Full understanding of our food & cocktail menu
– Make all drinks including cocktails to the correct spec
– Taking orders, explaining dishes to guests and maintaining your tables in the bar
– Train inexperienced team members to assist you
– Help develop the in house cocktail menu
– Serve wine and other drinks to the restaurant tables
The Person
– Previous experience in a high end restaurant, ideally to 2 AA Rosette Level or above
– Able to work unsupervised and train younger team members
– Good attention to detail
– Steady career showing progression
